Sound Angel Therapy
Sound Therapy
“Divine sound is the cause of all manifestation. The knower of the mystery of sound knows the mystery of the whole universe.”
~Hazrat Inayat Khan
About My Sound Practice
I received my formal training as a sound facilitator at Woom Center—New York City’s celebrated sound school—under the guidance of ethnomusicologist Alexandre Tannous, as well as David Shemesh and Elian Zach. I further deepened my studies in Gong principles with master teacher Guy Beider.
What Is Sound Meditation?
Sound meditation is a deeply restorative practice that calms the mind, relaxes the body, and supports emotional balance. Through intentional use of sound, we can shift from a state of imbalance to one of harmony and ease.
Physiologically, sound moves through the nervous system and vibrates every cell in the body, encouraging the release of dopamine and serotonin. It supports the body’s natural healing systems and can be a simple yet powerful self-care tool. After a session, many people feel refreshed, grounded, and emotionally lighter. Common experiences include deep relaxation, reduced pain, mental clarity, and emotional calm—often with effects lasting for days.
Private Sound Sessions
Private sessions are tailored to your needs and can range from 1 to 2 hours (or longer, if desired). I work with overtone-rich instruments such as gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, and more to support your personal healing process.
