My Story

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Sound Meditation Facilitator based out of northern New Jersey.

Growing frustrated with the limitations of traditional psychotherapy practices, I knew there had to be more to the healing process than the traditional use of medication and talk therapy. I felt the need to offer my clients more as they embark on their healing journey. Having my own personal paradigm shift over the past few years by integrating a holistic approach to healing, I have now embarked on a united philosophy of mental, physical, and spiritual health that equips my clients with the tools necessary to heal themselves. My daily practice of various forms of meditation all come together to contribute to a unique experience in the therapy room.

I received my Master's in Counseling from Seton Hall University in 2009 and Ed.S. in 2010.

I have over 400 hours of Sound Facilitator training in 2020-2023.

I completed the Fluence training through Journey Clinical in 2022 to become a KAP provider.

In addition to my clinical work, I am a School Counselor offering mental health services in a private high school in New Jersey.  I have also served as an Adjunct Professor teaching graduate level courses in the Department of Psychology for both Seton Hall University (2013-2023) and New York University (2017-2022).
